Step 2: Preview each video is available. You can preview the videos and capture pictures in the Mac Video Capture free Preview window. Capture the wonderful moments by clicking the "Snapshot" button which is at the preview windows bottom.
Step 3: This Video Capture for Mac free software supports .jpg and .bmp picture formats. Click Video Converter -> Preference -> Output from main menu, and select the directory for locating converted files and screen captures.
